In my sixteen years as a principal in four different schools in two different states in small and in large districts, and having followed good principals and bad, I can honestly say how good schools operate does not change.  As long as you focus on curriculum, community, character education, and climate. You have to teach the right stuff, meet the needs of the community, teach the students character and have it embedded in the school culture, and focus on building relationships with all stakeholders to find success.  We can help you with all aspects of school organization; and we can assist you with ideas to implement processes that meet your needs and the needs of your school community and district.
