Special education compliance is a significant legal and ethical issue for schools and school districts, and comes with requirements which cause schools and districts to investigate and/or document compliance. From expending funds, to teacher certification requirements, to classroom requirements, to special education nuances, we can audit your programs for compliance concerns and/or help create solutions to address any issues to ensure you are in compliant with federal and state guidelines. Additionally, we can support students with special needs and their families with determining if schools are in compliance with individualized educational plans (IEPs).
